Soft CPU overclocker??? SoftCPU??

I know it's not 100% Matrox related but it kind of is because I am overclocking the whole system including the Vid Card and benchmarking.

Where is the heck is that cool little utility where you can change FSB settings on the fly in realtime??? I think it was called SoftCPU or something.

I've searched and searched with no luck.
