Refresh line on TV display

After sending my G400 16 MB back for a 32 meg dualhead to get rid of this problem, it is back, sort of. This is where a line scrolls from bottom to top on my screen. With my old card, this happened on my monitor. THe new dualhead card fixed this, but I still get this on my TV when using Dualhead clone. I have a short 6 foot cable to connect so it shouldnt be the cabel length. Anyone got any thoughts?

be sure that your TV is not too close to your monitor or speakers...
