  • My return to the land of Matrox.

Last Friday I bought a vanilla G400 Dual-head at a local computer shop and slapped it in. After killing all of my 3dfx drivers so none of my games would look for Glide anymore, I fired it up let it roll.

Let me just say that the G400 is a whole lot better. If I had some server space I would post some screenshot comparisons from EverSmack, but I don't have any server space on the net. After playing games on the G400 I realized that the V3 made games look like you where watching them through a pair of dirty glasses. Man is there a HUGE difference. I love my G400! I just wish I bought one sooner.

The only problem I have had was with Quake 3. It crashes for some reason whenever the map tries to load. I'll work on it later though, I have more EQ'ing to do.

    I like mine too
The Welsh support two teams when it comes to rugby. Wales of course, and anyone else playing England

Errr... shouldn't that be ES'ing, JammRock? Anyhoo- great for you guy. Keep enjoying the new hardware. I recently pulled my V2-12 out of my main comp permanently. I figured that I don't use it for anything, and that the other box could prolly use it to much better effect (it's got a Creative AGP TNT).
