Question number three has me-
Is Ant saying that one of the games listed allows two people to play against each other on the same computer, by viewing two monitors?
If so, as far as I can tell, the none of the Matrox pages for these games list that possibility.
The closest thing to it is that you can "view" the view of the second player in Racer, but didn't go so far as stating the 2nd person can play from the same machine...
