How about setting up a user registration mechanism and give the user a "cookie" so they don't have to go thru the legal disclaimer pages every time they want to download a bios or driver.

I think the pages are much improved, it's easier to find out about the upgrade options for my card(s) and buy them from the online store...

I would like to see a link to the forums on the site, since as said before, the tech support pages seem to have not been updated so recently... all it need say is that additional assistance can be found there, I'd think ...

The 3D Gaming pages are GREAT!!, though, and the driver pages as well, though please, consider that cookie... but it's not too much trouble to click through a couple extra times...

All in all, I think the site works well, unless you think I should be going there first, or something... I check the MURC forums and G200 first, then look at the Matrox site for confirmation (and drivers, naturally).

1. Some information are available easily, other are buried over many links.

3. Make it simple and easy to the end-user. Cut unneccessary links and graphics and make some hot-spot links in the main page (www.matrox.com/) to important or otherwise current topics. Way too much conficting colors, makes the site hard to read quickly.
And almost forgot, the pages are left-aligned, which wastes lot of usable space.

when posting a reply, current screen of posts disappears. It would be nice if reply window was a new one, so manually opening a second window would not be necessary. More of an inconvenience when posting message meant for a few users to keep ideas straight.
Otherwise, fine site.

Never mind.

Well. isn't it nice that many people think that you mean MURC with the Matrox site... Maybe you should start to fund Ant more directly... This is the place people come first with their techical problems, you know.

But, however successdul this user group site is, I think you still should be able to find official and verified answers to technical problems on the official Matrox site.

Pictures with home addresses and phone #'s of the folks that are writing the newest drivers so we can call them with problems 24/7 so they can work out the bugs real fast like...

Is there a way to tell when Insert or overstrike is set in this reply window? I often find myself typing over words.
