sorry, in addition i should have said that i ordered it 26th oct, this week! It came thurs 28th oct.

this just shows that there is no stoppage of shipment, but it is obviously a story the shops are spouting to explain the lack of cards

I cannot recommend Dabs on their delivery times - I needed a hard drive for an important server upgrade scheduled for a specific time not too long ago. I ordered it on the wednesday for next day delivery - come friday evening (the job was saturday morning), still no HDD. Dabs had no good excuse (I think they have a book which they just randomly flick through and pick excuses out!). So, thank god for Simply computers and their late night opening - I have to drive nearly 2 hours to them and pick it up myself.

Simply are the top of my list - not amazingly cheap for all products, but they are reliable from past experience.

I got bored of waiting, especially as I was told that I'd have to wait until mid-December for one. So I've ordered it from Matrox. Should be here for the weekend. Horrah.

Downside was, it's £50 more than Watford Oh well.

I've had no bad experiences with Dabs, net orders or phone. All net orders I've placed that were in stock arrived the following day.
