    Hi!
I have some questions to make . The last post i've ask about g400, if it was good. Now i have it. It's amazing. But with my k6-2 400, it sucks a bit . But with my friend's cel450 it rips....
    but my questions are:~
1- Is it possible to "hack" the turboGL to work with a k6? How does "they" that we have a Althon? Is directly in the cpu/Bios, or in the win registry?
2- Why is the G400 faster in 3Dmark in 1024x768 than 800x600 and than 640x480.
I think is the only board that does this.
3- Can i Enable AGP x2 in a FIC VA503+? Is this make any diference?
    Thanks.

    Several answers.

    1) There is no why that I know of that you can hack the TurboGL because it is a special DLL file written for the processor it is to run with.

    2) I don't know why but I wouldn't worry too much about it because the final score in 3DMark is only based on the first two game runs. It does not take into account some of the other runs where the AMD out and out beats the Intel processors.

    3) It is possible but it is something you will just have to try and see. The only place you will see a difference is in large texture transfer test.

      Regarding 3,

I had to use the RegHacks to ForeceAGP2x. However, going from AGP1x to 2x made no significant difference in my 3DMark scores. Nevertheless, I left my system at AGP2x. What the heck.
