Please help athlon-g400 problem

Here's my problem it seems everytime I play games I will play them for sometime then all of a sudent the game will freeze crash
or just reboot the computer... I ve tried alot but doesnt seem to be working anyways please give me any advice you can thank
you. One other thing ALL my drivers have been updated the only thing I havent update is my bios
please tell me if it does any difference to update bios

Here's my spec:
Athlon 500
fic-sd11 chipset North : AMD-751 South : VIA 686A
96mb of pc100 sdram dimm
Sb live!value with liveware 3.0 irq 9
Matrox g400 latest drivers installed irq 11
realtek ethernet card irq 10
Video capture board IRQ 10

The fic mobo is known to be very finiky as to power supply,if you are not using the right one or it's under powered,you may experience problems.Check out AMD's site for list of approved power supplies.Also what version of the sd11 do you have,as there were problems with the first release.
Hopefully others with similar systems will come to your aid.
