Well I just ordered the MAX from matrox "lets see how long it takes"

Well would you believe it I just had another e-mail from matrox saying that the shipping problems have been solved.

I truly hope so I don't like being messed about, and as for the 50% refund of the shipping & handling (£7.50) that they offered me I promptly told them that they could not expect any of the carrige charge from me because of the incovienience they had caused me !!

Well we'll see what they think of that :]

So anyone with an order comming through IRELAND should be recieving their cards soon (HOPEFULLY) "grining like a cheshire cat"

If they billed you for it, it should have shipped. Maybe I should cheque my credit card balance.

I don't have my order number, so I can't check the DHL website. I expected to received a copy of my receipt via email, as I have with every other company I have ordered from on the internet.

I had an email from Matrox Europe this morning, asking for my order number, which I'd already said I didn't have , or my full name so they can check the order. So maybe they will be able to help.

Ok, so it's now 8 days since I placed my order, and no news

And I thought ordering from Matrox would be quick. Oh well, if it's not here my the end of the month, I'll have to cancel my order. And get one cheaper from somewhere else on the web.

Although I have been told that my card should have shipped today so its possible that I might get it tommorrow (fingers crossed).

I do believe that it all boils down to a total lack of communication between the sales or ordering dept and the shipping company!

Why dont you give them a ring as this seems to be the only way of finding out what up,there's a nice lady by the name of "LYDIA" and she did sympathise with me on the problems that I was having.

Just a shame that Matrox couldn't have told me that.

Yeah, I'll have to call them, and get an update. I hope they shipped mine today as well. I'll keep an eye out tomorrow, and see if it arrives.

I ordered mine 11-5 (last Friday P.M.)
The brown truck just arrived seconds ago...I was reading this thread when it pulled up!The box is smashed. (opens box) Everything looks OK, no stickers though.
Wish me luck. Made in Ireland? I thought they

Looks like 2353Z when I posted. Im in Texas, 5:53PM when they came, and now it is 6:35 and IM USING THE G400 MAX!!!!!!!!! Not bad, a few little glitches. Ill start a thread to fill everyone in.

We're in England, so get them shipped from Ireland.

Anyway, good new, Matrox Europe replied to my email, and said it shipped last night so maybe it will have arrived today, or maybe on Monday. Or if I'm really lucky they might drop it off on Saturday

Yep, mine arrived, although no one was in, so they are delivering it tomorrow Can't wait!!

It's so close, the next 12 hours are going to be hell. Ok, so I'm not really that excited, but I am looking forward to getting up and running
