I'm not a beta tester, my company is a registered developer (no money, lots of effort, typical small developer situation) thinger. One of the neat perks is that I get to play with new drivers.

The beta program is pretty much handpicked by people at Matrox, AFAIK. Kruzin, Haig, care to comment on that?

I don't mean to brag or anything like that, I just want people to understand that the drivers are coming along quite nicely. They were updated yesterday to include an ICD, and as such were labeled "beta". "Alpha" implies feature-incomplete, whereas "beta" implies MAJOR feature completeness.

Matrox sucks for not publicly releasing drivers for an OS that only BETA TESTERS legally use?? You must have been raised by monkeys; stupid monkeys at that. I am NOT a Win2K beta tester; I acquired my copy illegally just because I like to toy with these kinda things. And I started this thread just to find out if I could get 3d acceleration under Win2K Beta build 2151. I did NOT say, or even vaguely insinuate, that Matrox sucked for not giving me drivers. I'd love to have them, yes, but I ain't so stupid as to blast a company that makes the best damn video cards on the market for not providing me with beta drivers for a beta OS that not many people LEGALLY use. They say the drivers will be there when the OS hits, and that's all I really card about. I'd like to see acceleration under Win2K, but if I don't, I will live. I don't bloody well care if Matrox sent Win2k to your company, little boy. They DO provide beta drivers that work in 2d, so why are YOU whining bitch? Does your "company" like to play games instead of work?
