Well its arrived " BUT I NEED SOME HELP"

My G400 MAX came today but I have some Q that I need help with.

1/ why is the tech demo so (not smooth and silky) as I had expected it to be running fast to show off what the card is capable of.

2/ I have some mem conflicts as follows:-

Intel 82443BX Pentium(r)II Processor to AGP controller
Memory Range E4000000 - E4003FFF used by:
Intel 82443BX Pentium(r)II Processor to AGP controller
Memory Range E5000000 - E57FFFFF used by:
Intel 82443BX Pentium(r)II Processor to AGP controller
Memory Range E8000000 - E9FFFFFF used by:

any sugestions?

What about changing to agp x2 my card is using x1 at the moment "will this make it run much faster???

What OS are you running? It's not Windows 95, is it? I really suggest you use 98.
Also, what kind of CPU do you have?

I'm with Wombat.. It looks like you're running Win95. If you upgrade to Win98, those "Shared Resources" will go away.

Ok so im still usin 95 osr 2 but I need to lay my hands on 98 se Im looking to reinstall it soon,but the system seems quite stable at the moment "this card is soooooo sweet I got it running with 140 fsb on my P3 450 @ 630mhz 100% stable so far"

Im getting 3d mark 99 max results of 5,341
And a synthetic cpu mark of 5,932

I think your CPU Marks look slow. Is that a typo?

Good score above it, but I think you'll do even better with Windows 98. After you reinstall, and you probably should from scratch, I think you're going to be in for a pleasant surprize.

yeh I think you are right I have seen that DuRaNgO's cpu mark is 9000 + and he is running at 620 mhz :P

I still have a few probs with Expendable,basically it wont run. I get right up to where the playing begins only to get a sound crash and I am returned to windows,I think its my sound card Sb live value.

The thing is it works fine with kingpin so why not expendable???
