TurboGL, agp 2x don't work

I have a 500 MHz Athlon with FIC SD11 motherboard. I have the 5.30 drivers for my dualhead G400 but when I install the TurboGL to any game it won't work. For instance, in half-life the game will say "Loading" while loading the level and then I will enter the game. I can hear sounds but I get no visuals. Other games (ie Quake2) are even worse.
Also, AGP 2x doesn' enable even with the registry hack (according to pcilist, which says my video card and motherboard both support agp 4x). Any help would be appreciated.

Did you install the AGP miniport?
Do you have a Voodoo card in your system?

I do not have a voodoo card. I will reinstall the miniport. Is there any way to tell if it is installed for sure?
