Question for my dad

I thought of another question. My dad is going to build a system for video editing and he doesn't know what video card to put in it. Do any of you have any ideas? I'm asking for him because he doesn't have an ethernet connection and would probably be too lazy to go and check this stuff anyway. Thanks for any help you may have on this subject.

I'd watch out from that DC10+. Contrary to what some might say, it will ONLY output mjpeg from within its bundled video app. If your dad wants to use better video editing apps like Ulead MSPro or Premiere, he won't be able to output his clips thru them. He would have to export it out of their and into the DC10's app.
