Don't about Computer DVD - put more resouces to TV?

Hi:

I found that when I video edit, if I make my overlay a lower resolution then my tv monitor
plays back better.

So..

On the G400max is it possible to take resources away from the computer overlay DVD and put it towards the TV output?
