How to benchmark QUAKE 3 ARENA DEMO??

Hi can someone tell me how to benchmark the Quake 3 Arena demo thanks Matt {:O)

Try the following .bat file:

del demoq3\q3config.cfv
ren demoq3\q3config.cfg q3config.cfv
quake3 +seta r_mode 4 +seta r_fullscreen +seta r_swapinterval 0 +vid_restart +s_initsound 0 +snd_restart +timedemo 1 +demo demo001

Or, at the main menu, pull down the console with the ~ key and enter the following:

timedemo 1
demo demo001

Hit enter after each command. To get your scores, hit the ~ key again.

That first command (timedemo 1) makes the game run as fast as it can. To get it back to normal speed, enter timedemo 0 into the console or leave the game.
