Is that MGA Tweak is the only stable program to overclock the g400?
Is there any other choice?
How to overclock it at the to the MAXIMUM BUT "OPTIMISTIC" with a G400 MAX card?

any heat sink need to add on?

Besides MGA Tweak, there is Matrox's own overclocker, and Powerstrip (and it's offspring). Both are available from MURC's d/l pages. I use Matrox's. People who like to tweak hard use MGA Tweak. Most of us stay away from Powerstrip.

As far as getting the most out of it...each card is different. There is no magic number. Overclock in small incriments (3-5MHz at a time), and test it. When you hit the cards limit, you'll start to lose performance, or get lockups or visual artifacts. When you hit that point, back off a couple of notches for stability.
