Lasagna B better than stock G400MAX hs/fan ?

I want to get all I can out of my G400MAX, and I'm considering picking up a Tennmax Lasagna B. If you have this heatsink, has it shown better results than the stock heatsink/fan ?

They're of similar design. I doubt there's a significant difference.
