P3 450, G400, and Abit BF6

my windows 2D is kinda messed up....some explorer icons will have purple/pink ixels around them, text is fuzzy, and window graphics are distorted. Does anyone have a clue what may cause this? I moved the G400 onto an irq of its own (9) and it still occurs. Thanks to anyone who can provide help.
