G400 Max on K7M...3VSB or Add 3 Volt???

On the Asus K7M there is a jumper for selecting "add-in PCI Cards Voltage" if they require it...one selection is "add 3 volt" and the other is "3 VSB" does anyone know the proper setting...I am leaving it in the default for now...but, due to the onboard fan on the Max...I wasn't sure...
