  • G400Max on VIA MVP3 with AGP 2x

I was wondering if anyone knows of incompatablities with AGP 2x with the G400Max on a VIA MVP3 chipset.I have AGP running at 1x, and there are no problems, although i would prefer running in AGP 2x. If i have missed a previous post on the subject, i apologize.
    Thanks

      I haven't tried 5.41 yet, but both 5.25 and 5.30 gave me AGP x2.

No problem here at agp2x with 5.41 on an Epox MVP3G-M. The Epox boards seem to do 2x without any trouble. Not sure about other SS7 boards though.

No problems here either, but then again I, too, have an Epox - an EP-MVP3G5 with no registry hacks or anything tricky. Though I could only get 1x on my old FIC 503+ with a G200.
