I just installed the new TurboGL driver and still have problems w/ Quake3 and Quake2. I had the same problems w/ the older TurboGL, the typical "white desktop" freezup thing.
It seems like everyone else has been rid of this error w/ the new TurboGL drivers. I do have a VIA motherboard and i'm thinking it has something to do with this. Anyone w/ a VIA chipset motherboard get the Quake games to run w/ the TurboGL normally?
Here's my sys:
P3-450, VIA Apollo Pro 133A, UDMA 66 Hard Drive, SCSI Teac CDR, Pioneer DVD, PC100 RAM, Win98SE.
There's more to the system of course, but I figure that should be all that would be conflicting. Anyone have any insight to my problems, please help!
