For a good all-system benchmark, I recommend Tirtanium 1.6 ...
It let's you compare D3D vs. OGL and the BIG version uses up to 22k polygons and +20MB of textures at once.
It is also CPU dependant and hence it gives you more accurate results of your complete system performance.
