After reading all the raving about the new TGL I decided to check it out (even though I'm in the middle of finals right now
Loading up Quake3 at 1024x768x32 with everything maxxed out including the highest setting for the textures produced an incredibly silky smooth gameplay! I'm truly impressed!
I don't have the FPS, cause for some reason the 'map q3demo1.dm3' wouldn't work in the release version, but it's somewhere around 30, by the looks of it.
Thanks Matrox, and keep up the good work! I can now postpone the upgrade to P3-600 for another half a year without any worries
