Matrox G400 and OpenGL

Hello.

I'm taking two digital arts classes next semester at school, and for one, the video editing class, I'd like the G400TV. However, my other class uses Maya, the 3D animation program. My questions are:

1.) Does the g400 give OpenGL acceleration in Maya?

2.) Will there be Windows 2000 drivers for Video Capture with the Marvel

The G400 does have a full OGL ICD. I don't know if maya is fully ogl compliant tho. I also don't know that it isnt either. But the G400 is now. As for the drivers, I'm sure that eventually there will be full win2k drivers.
