  • Finally a MAX :) and a W2K beast!

Heheheheh.... Finally I¹ve got a MAX!!! And got it real cheap... for some 170$
It works like a charm in my new Win2000 rig...

    Here¹s the config...

    ABIT BP6
    2x Celery400 running at 600 Mhz/2.0V
    G400 MAX 32 Mb
    128 Mb Pc133 RAM
    IBM 13.5Gb ATA66 HDD (7200rpm/2Mb cache)
    Toshiba 1212 6x DVD
    SB Live Platinum edition
Cambridge soundworks Desktop theater 5.1 speakers
2x Videoseven S82 17" monitors (one on the second head trades it¹s place with a 29" Sony WEGA FD trinitron on 100 Hz from time to time )
    Microsoft Sidewinder Forcefeedback wheel
    Saitek cyborg 2000 Joystick

All wrapped up in a real cool black/silver midi tower case... I¹ll post some pics if you want them

It¹s a shame to waste a MAX in a W2k enviroment for the time being so until the final release hits the shelves, MAX goes into my PIII config...
Heh... I have to brag a bit

My wee little 27" proscan is getting screen envy. I'll have to move it to the bedroom and somehow justify replacing it with a wega...

Hehhe... firehawk2... that¹s one mean TV!

XBR is the best TV money can buy, although my plain WEGA doesn¹t suck either

You got to admit both babies have really cool pictures... Combine that with MAX tv-out and your eyes pop out while playing DVD¹s.

                      Heh

Sorry firehawk but I can't get on ICQ... momentarily I'm at work (military, very restrictive connection), and working on a Linux machine...
I'll put you on my list as soon as I come home...

                          Cheers
