If I decide to overclock my G400 32Mb (non-Max), at what point do I need to replace the factory-installed heat sink with a bigger heat sink or a fan? Thanks!

All I did was add a 486 CPU fan to the heatsink already there and I'm running mine at MAX speeds.
JoelLibertarian is still the way to go if we truly want a real change.

Also the Tennmax Mini Lasagna cooler is pretty good. I have my vanila G400 running at 145.8 clock and 194.4 memory without a problem.

In the moment you experience lockups, the G400 chip is exceeded.
When you start seeing dropouts (white little dots and tearings), your gfx-RAM is maxed out.
To go further you must increase cooling by simply adding one or better two fans on your G400.
