And one extra..wich it will be a good motherboard to upgrade my system using
everything the i have .........and going for..........P-III copermine or AMD

I have sdram memory....... i was thinking for P-III the abit BE6-II or the
tyan trinity 400 with Via apollo and Agp x4.
For Athlon i dont know wich one.......

If you can enjoy a slight loss of stability you can go for Via. If you prefer a more stable life and a better chance of that nice new bit of hardware working first time go for Intel.
At the end of the day it also depends on how much dosh you've got.
