dvd and other software(that comes with retail)

uggghh i ordered a g400 and after ordering it i discovered that it does not come with the dvd software or the other software. is there any way to get the software that should come with the retail..do they have a download or place to purchase..or is there others that i can use...i would hate to get this and not be able to do dvd since that is one of the reasons i got it in the first place and what is powerdesk? is that a tweaking utility that comes with the retail?
