I sent a message to Matrox Tech Support and they said 'dont replace fans, and dont have any that can be sent out or be fitted, take it to your retailer'... I've told them that they are the reailter... Damn Matrox...

Start a new post please. I'm not out to get anybody, but I'd love to hear what Haig has to say about this.
If you bought it from Matrox, they have to replace your defective product.
