  • Replacement Capacitor

    Hi,

Try as i might to email (never get a reply) and call Matrox (always busy?) i can't get in touch with them!

I believe i have a faulty G200 Marvel, the bad capacitor ones.

I bought the card as a clearance item, so the store i got it from doesn't have anymore, and i need it badly to get some video onto tape in the next 2 weeks!

    Sooo...

Can anyone name the replacement capacitor part, the one marked X1 on the card, and where in the U.K i could get one pretty sharpish?

I don't care about my warranty, as i said i just need to get this tape done, it's a rough demo for a training video that will hopefully get me the job (and the backing!) of doing a better quality video.

This being the case, i WAS concidering buying better Matrox hardware.......but not now i know their support is aweful!

    Thanks in advance

    X1 is a crystal, not a capacitor. It's value is 24.576Mhz.
