I can upgrade my g400 to a MAX, Is it worth it?

I have a college who wants to but my G400 for £105 and I paid £130 about 5 months ago approx. Considering buying the MAX for £170 but is it really worth it or should I wait?

Or should I look else where?

I have a P3 500 that I intend to overclock, so I am weary of the geforce as I understand its not as happy as the g400 on high bus speeds.

My requirement of a graphics card are games only and FPS at that.

stick with your G400 Vanilla, OC it to hell and wait for the next Matrox card before selling it as MAXed Vanilla ...

Seriously, most Vanillas are pretty safe at MAX clockspeeds simply by adding a fan onto the heatsink and your CPU is strong enough to fullfill your FPS needs.

Maggi, sound advice, I've seen your case fan/g400 monster did you have any trouble mounting it?
