everytime I must remove the g400

I have a problem with my G400 DH with rainbow runner G.

very often the additional components of the g400 system (dual head tv out rainbow runner mjpeg codec) are not listed in the information menu of trhe card and I can't operate with that modules...
the only work around I found is to remove phisycally the card from the agp slot and install it again...
when the problem occours I can see because passes 5-6 seconds before the computer show the first screen of bios....
when everything is ok the bios arrives in 2 seconds
does anybody have a solution for this ???
could be the mainboard bios ? or the matrox bios??
or power problems?

The most likely case is the improper position of the card in its slot. Power Supply is another possibility.
