    Matrox DVD Player & Win2000

    Help !
    I try to install the Matrox DVD player on Windows 2000 build 2195 but the setup program hangs ! Same problem if i try to install the latest Cinemaster version.
    Can you help me ?

    "Snap" I get exactly the same, In an earlier thread someone reccomended WINDVD, but I cannot get that working either!

      FWIW, it hung on me the first time I tried it (hung the SCSI chain HARD), but the second time it worked--try taking all CDRoms out of your drives, and try again. My lockup was at the second 'next' prompt...when you try again, notice the spasm of IDE and SCSI activity at that point--I assume the install program is looking for suitable DVD drives on your system.
