Wish I knew of a good admin tool for you, but since I've never run any kind of dedicated game server, I have no idea. I was hoping the Q3-TotalControl was gonna work for ya...
But, if you need help rocket jumping, just get my new Q3A scripts. There is a rocket jump in there. I have it on my mouse3, so a quick tap of the thumb, and I'm sailing
