    Hello.

Try to use the aureal reference drivers.
I had the same probs with my Xelrate (Aureal 2), it crashes everytime i started a game, after installation of the aureal drivers all worked fine.

    So good luck. :-))

Some small things that have helped me:

      Set the VIO to 3.1(?)

Try setting your CAS Latency to 3 (I'm running my A700@798MHz so maybe that's just me)

Make sure your PCI latency is set to 64 (maybe try a higher number, see if that helps)

Never turn of busmastering, you only hurt performance this way.

      And finally enable AGP2x.

Your IRQ's look fine by me, almost identical to my setup, so that's probably not it.
Why would I send my pants to New Jersey?

Thanks! Thomas and box! I'm taking notes. :-) But who's this other, um well, "POS"???

I guess it gets pretty bad when you can't follow suggestions and "set your system up properly"!!! (Just my 2¢ worth) I know other people are having problems. And with the help of the kind people on this forum, they are "working it out".

Sorry! I better go cause I'm starting to act almost as bad as he is.

No, ALBPM, they didn't accept this request. Didn't understand why! They said something about the SG-550 Assault rifle and the assault knife being enough. Kinda weird, would have been perfect to go shopping, wouldn't it?
25 tons of metal sucking a crazy amount of fuel only to start the engine. Making more noise than any computer speakers could never output. Vibrating like nothing in this world.

Well I believe I'll have to stay with "only" my Assault Rifle.
