            Speeder....
            I am all for indepandant development. BUT, you do need to read the licence agreement that comes with all software from the Matrox site. Before entering the utilities d/l page, you had to go past (and agree to) the licence agreement.

            Item #1 on that agreement:
            No right to recopy, sell, distribute, license, sub-license, alter, modify, disassemble, de-compile or reverse engineer any driver in any manner whatsoever is hereby given. Violation may result in severe civil and/or criminal penalties as violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible;
            Just something to be aware of....

              Hey Paul, I think you're replying to a message I left in another thread. I meant that several games crash regularly on my system, and 32bit Z-buffering makes the non-crashing ones slower. So I just leave it disabled. It might not slow things down for if you have a better processor than the K6-2/300 that I was using at the time.
              My hardware:

              Matrox Millenium G400 16mb
              Asus P5a-b super socket7 motherboard
              K6-2 300 processor
              128mb pc-100 SDRAM

              My software:

              Matrox bios version 1.3
              Matrox drivers 5.41
              TurboGL 1.0002
              Motherboard bios version 1009b1
