They sent me a PAL B.O.B with my Marvel G400 (I'm in North America)

I can't connect my coaxial antenna cable to the breakout box because the input plug on the bob is PAL. I've tried using an adapter, but the tv-tuner doesn't display anything but fuzz. I'm using line ins and outs on my vcr right now in order to watch tv on my monitor - not an ideal configuration. I just got this card today, I've tried emailing the company I bought it from, but they just tell me to try an adapter. Help!!

don't bother with an adapter. Call your vendor or even try our on line store for an immediate exchange.
