It's just a beta driver and monitor support is just not finished yet. If you want more and you want it now you may want to check out PowerStrip ( http://www.entechtaiwan.com ) - it allows for about any refresh rate you define.

No, don't worry, it's only with the current W2K beta drivers. These are new drivers for a new OS, a work in progress. I'm pretty sure Matrox won't forget to implement decent monitor support... cough coughP3@600 | Abit BH6 V1.01 NV | 256MB PC133 | G400MAX (EU,AGP2X) | Quantum Atlas 10K | Hitachi CDR-8330 | Diamond FirePort 40 | 3c905B-TX | TB Montego A3D(1) | IntelliMouse Explorer | Iiyama VisionMaster Pro 17 | Win2K/NT4

G400 /Win2K - no more than 85 hz?
Hi there.
Just received my G400 DH 32MB to replace my old TNT. The installation worked fine on Win2K using the newest beta drivers from Matrox. However, the maximum refresh rate I can set this baby to is 85hz, no matter what resolution I chose.
Any ideas? My previous TNT-based card used to run between 100 and 120 (my monitor is capable of doing this).
Any help appreciated!
Thanks,
Sascha
