    Hi, folks !

    Here are my fist overclocking results ...

    System:
    500 Mhz Athlon, 128 MB RAM, FIC SD11 Motherboard (no oc chances ;-(), Matrox G400 @168 Mhz / 126 Mhz (Standard)forced AGP 2x, using 5.50.10 + Powerdesk Tweak, Soundblaster PCI128, 15,2 GB HD IBM, Direct 7.0a ger, Windows98 (SE, ger)

    1. without oc.
    RESULTS

    3DMark Result: 2506 3D marks
    CPU Speed: 161 CPU 3D marks
    Game 1 - Helicopter - Low Detail: 53,5 FPS
    Game 1 - Helicopter - Medium Detail: 35,8 FPS
    Game 1 - Helicopter - High Detail: 15,3 FPS
    Game 2 - Adventure - Low Detail: 51,2 FPS
    Game 2 - Adventure - Medium Detail: 33,2 FPS
    Game 2 - Adventure - High Detail: 19,9 FPS
    Fill Rate (Single-Texturing): 226,1 MTexels/s
    Fill Rate (Multi-Texturing): 224,9 MTexels/s
    High Polygon Count (1 Light): 2297 KTriangles/s
    High Polygon Count (4 Lights): 1957 KTriangles/s
    High Polygon Count (8 Lights): 1616 KTriangles/s
    8MB Texture Rendering Speed: 193,7 FPS
    16MB Texture Rendering Speed: 188,1 FPS
    32MB Texture Rendering Speed: 145,5 FPS
    64MB Texture Rendering Speed: 83,7 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Emboss, 3-pass): 90,0 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Emboss, 2-pass): 114,2 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Emboss, 1-pass): 199,1 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Environment): 83,1 FPS

    2. with oc: using Motrox Tweaking Utility - ervery resolution with 118 % = 199 Mhz / 148 Mhz (close to MAX defaults ... using 120 % shows some texture errors)

    Game 1 - Helicopter - Low Detail: 57,1 FPS
    Game 1 - Helicopter - Medium Detail: 37,3 FPS
    Game 1 - Helicopter - High Detail: 15,5 FPS
    Game 2 - Adventure - Low Detail: 58,9 FPS
    Game 2 - Adventure - Medium Detail: 34,3 FPS
    Game 2 - Adventure - High Detail: 20,0 FPS
    Fill Rate (Single-Texturing): 267,3 MTexels/s
    Fill Rate (Multi-Texturing): 265,3 MTexels/s
    High Polygon Count (1 Light): 2332 KTriangles/s
    High Polygon Count (4 Lights): 1973 KTriangles/s
    High Polygon Count (8 Lights): 1613 KTriangles/s
    8MB Texture Rendering Speed: 229,7 FPS
    16MB Texture Rendering Speed: 223,2 FPS
    32MB Texture Rendering Speed: 159,9 FPS
    64MB Texture Rendering Speed: Not enough AGP memory FPS (* settings for AGP Aperture Size to 64 MB - slightly more preformance ?*)
    Bump Mapping (Emboss, 3-pass): 107,7 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Emboss, 2-pass): 135,6 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Emboss, 1-pass): 236,2 FPS
    Bump Mapping (Environment): 99,4 FPS


    Not bad, from 2506 to 2678 ... does anyone have similiar results .. whats your opinion about this ? Any tips or tricks ? Than post ! I'm waiting for you !!! Till then,
