please help: RR-G cannot capture in MJPEG video format

Hi,

i'm currently running Ulead MediaStudio Pro 5.0 on NT4.

everytime i try to capture with MJPEG video format, i receive this error message:

warning: no frames captured. confirm that vertical sync interrupts are configured and enabled.

anyone here experienced this problem before? please advise.

it can capture fine using 16-bit video format though...

Flick, I recommend that you post this to the Desktop Video forum here at MURC. The people who frequent that forum are better equipt to field questions like yours.

You might want to give them some idea of the hardware you are using as well.
