  • TV out on 'old' millenium ?

I want to use my 'old' millenium for TV out. I think there is a TV out but I can't find any docs on the strange connector on my card. Does anyone know some good links ?
I'm using a linux box and want to diplay my X on my TV-set.
    Comments, Suggestions please.

    Thanks,

That port is only active if you also have the original Rainbow Runner (not RR-G) hooked up to the card.

      No go Kruzin,

The Millennium original did NOT use the rainbow runner but the Media XL... The RR will simply not fit on a Mil 1. The media XL is now hard to find and only work in win95 (*not even 98), so your best alternative would simply be a new card...

The ol' "Media XL Input/Output Connector" on the Millennium I has the following pins:

            1 microphone (left)
            2 ground
            3 microphone (right)
            4 ground
            5 line in (left)
            6 ground
            7 line in (right)
            8 ground
            9 line out (left)
            10 ground
            11 line out (right)
            12 ground
            13 Y in (luminance)
            14 ground
            15 C in (chroma)
            16 ground
            17 Y out (luminance)
            18 ground
            19 C out (chroma)
            20 ground
            21 composite in (1)
            22 ground
            23 composite in (2)
            24 ground
            25 composite out
            26 ground

I've never used it, though. Can't help you there.
