  • AGP 2 in Win2k

How do I enable this? I tried adding the registry entry included in PD5RegHacks.zip, but according to WCUPID, I still am running at 1x. Is there any other way to find out what agp setting is in Win2k, or a way to set it?

    Thanks

Well, I force AGP 2x with AGP Switch. This seems to work. You have to be set as an administrator however for the program to remember your setting though.

Out of curiosity, what proc. / mobo are you running? I am running a abitbx6r2.0 and had a PIII500 in it and it was at 2x. I sold my PIII yesterday because I have a athlon 750 and am waiting for a kx133 mobo. So in the meantime I have a celeron 300a on an asus socket-slot1 convertor on there running at 504 and right before I went to bed last night I ran wcupid to see what it was saying and low and behold it's at 1x. I'll have to investigate this further.
