Hmm...
I'm getting a little confused here. I believe I read somewhere that the contents of a DVD is always encoded at 24 fps regardless of region?
Does anyone here have the insight to explain to me what the deal is with 24 fps, PAL, NTSC, interlacing and DVD Genie's "3:2 pulldown reconstruction" setting?
My TV is a piece of junk that doesn't support SVHS or NTSC or RGB input, so until I can afford a new one, i'm gonna have to live with PAL/Composite.
