911 help.. G400 install problems

tried to install it but i get black screen only or sometimes my monitor says out of range, i tried setting agp aperture size to 256 still dont work now im using my ole trusty tnt and it works fine.. please help i miss my dual head!!! i have an abit bh6 mobo, sb live value with latest drivers...

Umm how can you miss something you never had? Anyway have you tried taking other cards out, and manually assigning an IRQ to the AGP slot?

1. remove evrything from the motherboard but the G400 and try again
2. manually assign IRQ to videocard and to USB from the BH6 bios
3. if it still does not work I sugest you try to reinstall windows, resetting all bios settings to default with the exception of the AGP/USB irq
4. if it still does not work change the damn card
