Line Out Connections not working for G400

I am trying to watch a movie from a VCR that I send into the G400. I have a TV connected to the line out connections on the back of the connector box. When I hook everything up I can watch the movie on the computer monitor just fine with the PC-VCR remote, but nothing shows up on the TV, not even sound.
I run Matrox Quick Connect and the test shows everything is fine because I see the color lines on the TV.

Is there a certain program I need to run to have the g400 send output to the TV? I am using the PC-VCR remote, do the line-out connections only work for DVD play?

You say you tried the Matrox Quick Connect? That only is testing the video capture side of the card, I believe. In order to watch a DVD (or movie file) on your TV (from what I guess is your Marvel G400?) you need to turn on DVDMAX in the display properties panel -> Advanced -> Dual Head -> DVD MAX.

Let us know if you don't get anywhere.
