Anyone still using G200 or all migrated to G400....?

Just curious to know if anyone is still using the G200 or have most of us migrated over towards the G400 or other video cards?

There are LOTS of people still using the G200! I for one am quite happy with mine, and see no immediate need to spend 200$ to buy a new card.
Actually, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense seeing as how I just spent 700$ to get a new motherboard, HD, RAM, and CPU.

Oh well, so I don't make any sense. I want to see just how far I can push the G200 on my new system anyway. I'll get the G800 when it comes out.
But anyway, I know that there are lots of people here that are still happily using the G200, either by choice or by force due to monetary or other constraints.

My G200 is still happily chugging away in my kid's Celeron system. My MillenniumII is still in use in a pal's system, my M3D in his kid's system, and my Millenium1 in my dad's. When I get my next Matrox card, my G400 will go into the kid's system, and the G200 will undoubtedly be passed onto someone who can use it. And I'm sure it will be in use for years to come.

You just don't stop using Matrox cards. They're too good to shelf, unlike the piles of diamond, creative, ati, and trident cards that have passed my way

Yep the G200 in my box is still kicking...
I was gonna migrate to the G400 but, as usual my finacial situation wasn't very cooperative... So hopefully when the latest and greatest G800 or CondorII makes it's way to the light I'll have sufficient funds...

Not bad... 2 years on a Vid card (in Aug.) hell my entire system is 2yrs old... but I'll be upping that as well )

The g200 is a good all-round card, and works well w/most games. I wouldnt go out and buy a g400 until g200 goes out of date and is no longer compatible with new release games, or you are a hardcore-gamer.

Yup another happy G200 owner here! I'm not a FPS powermad gamer so the G200 will do me till the G800's are on special offer.

Seeing "new and improved" peripherals being launched every 12-18 months was bad enough but now every 6-9 would hit a persons pocket hard trying to keep up. Say's Opus who is now finally happy with his systems colour calibration (scanner-monitor-printer-range of papers) and Epson have to go a bring out the 1270 which superceeds his 10 month old 1200...

I´ve been playing every game on Earth with my trustworthy G200. The visuals are incredible and the speed is good enough. I play Quake 3 and I reach 50 fps, 800x600, max. textures, Vertex, all 16-bit.

This is the way I do it:

Still using a G200 in my primary system too. Looking to get a G450 when they come out- as long as they don't cost more than $175 or so- in which case I'll get an OEM G400 dual head.

When that happens, the G200 will go into my Linux box.

Well I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one!!!! I think I'll keep using it until it physically dies or runs current games at 1 fps, whatever comes first.

MartinS, I too have that curiousity about cushions on the sofa/couch, damn things just keep getting in the way!!
Anyone know why they're there?

My Millenium I is in my sister's internet pc, my Mystique/RR is in my dad's pc, the Millenium II is in my test/Linux PC, my G200 is in my file server, and my G400 Max is in my Swap Drive/Workstation pc. All still working great.
