Page faults due to Matrox?

Could invalid page faults in Word 2000 possibly be caused by my Matrox Millenium G400 card, its Win98 driver or its bios? I ran across some suggestions to this effect, though I'm doughtful. Still, I've done a complete removal and reinstallation of Office 2000 and am getting the same page faults. Any ideas?

Are you overclocking? The only time I see this is when I have my system overclocked beyond what it can handle. Word2000 does it everytime when I have it pushed too far. Otherwise it works fine.
