Different resolutions with CLONE

Sorry but I think you'll find that the clone feature is exactly that. You are cloning the primary display on the seconary, therefore it is an exact copy.

By definition you can't have different resolutions when using clone.

Yup. Waxling is correct.
To Clone is to copy exactly.
What you are asking for is not a clone.
(and running different refresh rates is not the same as running different resolutions...)

Hi there MURCS

How can you have differte resolutions with the clone option enabled.
I want to use my TV as a second display, copying everyting what's on my primary display.
I found a thread regarding this subject, but no solution was provided.
