The only thing I know of in the BIOS that may affect performance and compatibility is the AGP Apeture size. Set it to 256 MB, which is what Matrox recommends.

          Are you using sblive ?
Coz the only reason for me to change motherboard is G400(with bus master ON) and sblive cannot work together on my existing LX motherboard.
          Regards.

Thanks for the reply. I noticed you have started another thread about p3c2000.
Perhaps we shall move over there.

I've taken the liberty to download the manual for the rev.1.03 of your mobo, and what I think you should set your BIOS to, to get the best results, is:

Advanced Menu, CHIP Configuration: Graphics Window Size set to 128 or 256Mb (This is the AGP Aperture Size setting we talk about).

Advanced Menu, I/O Configuration: Onboard AC97 Audio Controller: disabled.

Advanced Menu, PCI Configuration: Slot 1 IRQ: 9, 10 or 11 (depends on what your Max is on right now, do NOT put your Live! in this slot)

Advanced Menu, PCI Configuration: Slot 2 IRQ: 9, 10 or 11 (put your Live! in this slot and give it a different IRQ than slot 1 has)

Advanced Menu, PCI Configuration: Slot 3/5 will share their IRQ !!

Advanced Menu, PCI Configuration: VGA BIOS Sequence: AGP/PCI

Advanced Menu, Shadow Configuration: Video ROM BIOS Shadow: Disabled

Boot Menu: 4. Other Boot Device: Disabled

Boot Menu: Plug & Play OS: No

                Exit: Exit Saving Changes.

This will setup your BIOS to the best of my knowledge

                Try it and post back.

                Jorden.
