I'm currently running this config and if you want to play OpenGL games, you're out of luck because you'd have to take out your voodoo2 because the G400 isn't compatible with the Voodoo2 OpenGL turbo drivers. Oh, and if you want to run the turboGL drivers, you have to make sure that you at least have a PIII.

I, again, do not agree with MadMan. It is true that the voodoo and G400 Turbo GL do not work together, but you simply do not need to use it... I am using a MAX with 2 voodoo's in SLI. Frankly I do not use the much but the big advange comes to those games that only offer good support with GLIDE or with games that are not fully supported by the G400.

I thought you could use a v2 and g400 together, and running the latest drivers.
The turbo option places the file 'opengl32.dll' (date of 10/8/99)in your game's folder. This may knock out glide support for this game. Just remove this file to enable it again. Games like Q2 and Unreal may not be affected because they have a separate driver option for glide, and a separate dll.
Note I have not pulled my v2 from my other pc to try this, but I see no reason why it would not work.

Get Voodoo2 Tweaker at: http://www.leinen.com/software/system.htm
It works for me with my Voodoo2 and Matrox G400 32 MB (non-MAX). Be sure to uncheck "Direct3D Settings -- Enable DirectDraw Drivers" in Voodoo2 Tweaker!Ant @ The Ant Farm (http://antfarm.ma.cx)
